Why is there a long dispatch time?Our priority is quality! Each item in our store is made to order, allowing us to customize and personalize it according to your preferences. How do I maintain my board?We recommend a bees wax and mineral oil blend. These are known as wood butters! You can buy these from many places and we also offer wood butter on our store. We Recommend you wax your board within 2-4 months based on use. You can tell the board is looking tired as the colour dulls. We also supply a care card with every board to give you advice on how to maintain them. 🦒

Do you offer custom sizes?Everything is made to order on our store, So we can absolutely do any custom size for you! Please message us on our contact page or via email for a personalised quote for your custom size. 🦒

What Courier do you use ?At Giraffes & Craftz, we primarily use DPD for our deliveries. However, for smaller parcels, we sometimes use Evri as well. We believe in providing our customers with the best delivery options to ensure their orders reach them on time and in perfect condition.
