We have worked with many variations of Elm in the past, and none are as characteristic and gorgeous as these Elm trees grown in Scotland.
 
The Scottish variety logs are more expensive for us to buy than the European varieties. However, we believe the difference speaks for itself! Each slab is hand-selected and every board is hand made to order.
 
All of these boards are ONE SOLID piece of Elm made with a real live edge.
 
These James Martin style boards are sanded to a smooth finish, and all cracks and knots are filled with Black Epoxy.
 
We attach 4 black rubber feet for stability. 
Please note all boards are 4.5cm thick.
 
All boards are Oiled using 100% natural Mineral oil and waxed with our Giraffes&Craftz Bee’s Wax board butter.

All boards are handmade and picked by us with care.
